The Challenge

Opus 2, a company providing software solutions for legal professionals, came to Bop Design to design a B2B website that matched their reputation for cutting-edge technology and white-glove service. Their existing website felt outdated and lacked the modern, dynamic design needed to compete in a fast-paced, global market. One of their goals was to emphasize their software’s ability to improve their clients’ legal processes while maintaining a high-end, professional look. The Opus 2 team also asked us to implement regional versions of the site to address the different markets they serve in North America, EMEA and APAC. Lastly, they needed to switch CMS platforms from HubSpot to WordPress.

The Solution

Bop Design collaborated closely with Opus 2 to reimagine their B2B website and elevate their brand. We worked with their team to develop a modern color palette that balanced bright, tech-forward hues with a refined aesthetic, creating a high-end look that reflected their premium offerings. Our designers crafted a clean, user-friendly interface that integrated product screenshots with custom visuals to highlight the ease of use and innovative features of their software.

In terms of functionality, we streamlined the navigation to create an easy-to-use user experience while offering regional flexibility for the North American, EMEA, and APAC markets. We incorporated client testimonials to build credibility and added interactive features that allowed visitors to drill down into specific offerings. Our web development team re-platformed the B2B website to WordPress, giving Opus 2 more flexibility and control to manage their content and ensure optimal SEO performance.

Results

The new Opus 2 website delivered immediate improvements in user engagement and brand perception. Sessions increased by 25%, and new users went up by 34%, reflecting the site’s appeal to new leads. Direct search sessions grew by 58%, organic search sessions improved by 8%, and engaged sessions grew by nearly 7%, showing that the B2B website redesign successfully attracted and captivated the target audience.
