Challenge/Situation

Award-winning SaaS player Pyramid Analytics offers a platform that delivers the future of business intelligence – but its website was stuck in the past. They wanted to create the best possible buyer experience for their prospects while paying close attention to conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO). Their goal was to increase their web-sourced pipeline and increase inbound leads. On top of that, the backend was badly broken and needed an overhaul.

Solution

Pyramid Analytics had already revamped their branding, so they needed a strong team to incorporate the updated brand elements into the new website. Bop Design translated their vision into a responsive and modern website, including an updated sitemap and content structure with buyer journeys top of mind. We also fixed their backend problem, making it easy for their team to make updates when needed.

Results

One year post-website launch, new users increased by 83% while engaged sessions were up by 69% and conversions up by 14%. The Pyramid team was so pleased with the outcome of the website, they engaged us for ongoing content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). We continue to enhance the site by adding new functionality, landing pages, and design elements.
