The Challenge
ReflexAI was a B2B startup on a roll. Their AI technology was named one of TIME’s 100 best inventions of 2021, they won the VA’s prestigious Mission Daybreak competition, and they had received generous funding from Google. To keep this momentum, they chose Bop Design to create an elevated logo and B2B website to showcase their AI-based call center training software and capture more leads. They had an interim website, but their solutions and benefits weren’t clear and the site didn’t have the enterprise-ready vibe they needed at this growth stage of the business.
The Solution
To address ReflexAI’s need for a stronger, enterprise-ready web presence, we started with crafting a fresh logo that integrated both friendliness and AI sophistication. We incorporated text balloon shapes to reference the contact center focus, which we carried through on the B2B website design. We added custom, people-centric visuals to humanize the experience, paired with product screenshots to feature the software.
We also built out more pages on the website, restructuring product offerings for clarity and highlighting partnerships with industry leaders like OpenAI and Google to establish credibility. To drive conversions, we optimized the site to funnel visitors toward scheduling demos. Additionally, we introduced an Insights page, allowing ReflexAI to continuously engage with users and share valuable thought leadership content.
ReflexAI also partnered with us to lead their content marketing and design efforts. We teamed up to develop monthly blogs that drive organic traffic and position ReflexAI as an industry thought leader. We continually work with them to develop educational materials, manage retargeting campaigns, and create conference visuals and digital assets to further drive engagement and brand recognition.
Results
We are happy to report our efforts paid off in spades. The rebrand and B2B website redesign significantly boosted performance, with sessions increasing by 215%, organic search sessions jumping by 178%, and engaged sessions growing by 174%. New users surged by a whopping 232%, leading to a steady rise in demo requests and top-of-funnel leads. Ongoing content marketing efforts, including SEO, blogs, and retargeting ads, have continued to drive traffic and conversions, positioning ReflexAI for continued growth and success in the competitive AI software space.
