The Challenge
Sensiba, a global accounting and consultancy firm, came to Bop Design to redesign its website after undergoing a rebrand. The previous website was outdated with a poor user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) and had an unstable backend that made updates challenging for the Sensiba marketing team. With a target market of finance leaders, business owners, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Sensiba needed a B2B website that reflected its new brand identity and showcased its diverse range of services beyond accounting. Accessibility was crucial due to the firm’s clientele and industry standards.
The Solution
Bop Design took on the challenge of revamping Sensiba’s website, including design, copywriting, SEO, and development. Our designers worked with the Sensiba design team to hone the palette in their brand guide, pulling out appropriate colors that would satisfy accessibility contrast ratio requirements. This was a large B2B website with a great deal of content, so our UX team created a navigation hierarchy three levels deep to ensure site visitors could easily find the topics they were looking for. Thought leadership was a key component of Sensiba’s marketing strategy, so we reworked the resources section for easy access and introduced cross-promotion of content across multiple pages, industries, and services. Our goal was to streamline the content organization, making it accessible and easy to read and scan for visitors.
Once the design and content were finished, our developers went to work on creating a custom, easy-to-use backend for the Sensiba team. We implemented WordPress Advanced Custom Fields to preserve the website’s look and feel while enabling stress-free updates and backend management without the need for coding.
Results
Three months after launch, the Sensiba website saw a dramatic increase in site visitors. According to Google Analytics, sessions increased by 38% and users went up by 32%. Organic traffic proved even more impressive, demonstrated by a 68% increase in organic search sessions and a 66% surge in organic search users. The new B2B web design now reflects the new Sensiba brand and highlights the team’s expertise, thought leadership, and diverse service offerings, serving as a powerful tool for attracting and engaging target audiences while driving business growth. The team is thrilled with the user-friendly backend and can now make updates effortlessly. Sensiba continues to work with Bop on landing page additions, design projects, and technical maintenance.
